Mmh... ich überleg gerade - meine Gambesonteile (komplett mit Diechlingen, Haube, Handschuhen und Halsberge) wiegen stoff- und konstruktionsbedingt etwa 13-15 Kilogramm, richtig Nass locker noch mal fünf bis zehn drauf.
Wieviele Rüstpunkte hab ich denn nun damit?

Ganz einfach, je mehr Kilo desto mehr Stunden beim Physiotherapeuten in etwa 10-20 Jahren.
Kann so kommen, muss es aber nicht. Ist wie beim Rauchen.
An einer Stelle weiche ich übrigens von Siegberts Meinung ab (wobei ich mal behaupte, er stimmt mir trotzdem zu) Rüstung hat für mich durchaus Schutzfunktion.
Sicher wäre ein Helm das wichtigste, aber Arm- und Beinschienen habe ich weder als Deko noch als Rüstpunktspender sondern als reinen OT-Schutz. Hab mal ein richtig dickes Schienbein gehabt. Das hat mir gereicht!

Elrox: richtig erfasst: grundsätzliche Schutzfunktion ja. Die erfüllt aber auch eine Kunststoffrüstung von Norton oder dicke Schaumstoffpanzerung.
Realistische Schutzwirkung gegen Waffen: nein. Mal davon abgesehen, dass ich die durchschnittliche Larprüstung für einen größeren Risikofaktor als jede Larpwaffe halte, aber das ist ein anderes Thema.
